Project Description
The greatest challenge of this project was to conceive two homes within the same space: two possible future lives, each with their own needs, requirements and aspirations.
A home for two that can be divided into two: this is a 150-square-metre penthouse, designed from the outset to be split in the future into two separate units, namely an 85-square-metre three-room flat and a 65-square-metre two-room flat.
The flat is characterised by a living area designed around the theme of light, in harmony with the spacious outdoor area of a corner terrace. A utility block, housing a guest bathroom with a freestanding bath and washbasin and a laundry room — concealed by wallpaper covering all three walls — leads naturally into the kitchen.
A second entrance, which is now fully open-plan, leads to the more intimate sleeping area, comprising three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms clad in large slabs, fully equipped with comfortable showers and carefully optimised spaces.
The herringbone parquet provides the backdrop to a colour scheme combining shades of sage and white, enlivened by bottle-green accents on the seating and wallpaper.
A refined balance of natural materials, bold colours and bespoke details, enhanced by advanced technology and a fully smart building management system.
